10 Minute Workouts Are Good For You Afterall

You know, I always thought it was daft to say that if you failed to accelerate your heart for 20 minutes 3 times a week, you might as well sit on your arse eating oreos for the rest of your of life. It really never made any sense to me. Something is always better than nothing. And finally, an NPR article that vindicates my personal philosophy. Get out of your chair and move around for 10 minutes, a couple times a day, and you're doing yourself a favor. Amen. Now, that isn't saying that you won't be better off if you do cardio a few times a week, or if you do your Crunchless Abs workout daily - of course you will. But don't shame yourself if sometimes all you can manage is a brisk walk around the block.
