I am thinking about ordering this...have you seen results??? Do you do this exercise daily????? Do you recommend it???
I SHOULD be doing it daily, but I have a hard time making myself stick to an every-single-day routine. I really do like the workouts, and do recommend it. It makes a difference not just in the expected way - toning & shaping your abs - but in making me more aware of my posture and my muscles and how I'm using them throughout the whole day, not just when I'm on the mat. That's really valuable, I think. And I think it has to do with how it's not just targeting one big muscle, but lots of major and minor muscles, that makes it a more complete workout for your torso than just traditional crunches.
